Produced on the Bingöl plateaus at 1,500–2,000 m from the nectar of around 1,700 plant species. All production, from hive to jar, takes place within Bingöl and is inspected three times a year.

Every product is developed through a public–private partnership model with governorships, universities, cooperatives and producer unions in five provinces. Producers grow stronger, and quality is secured at the source.
Geographical indications registered in Türkiye and the EU; Türkiye, EU, USDA and JAS organic certificates. Each certificate is a quality promise sustained through regular inspection by an independent body.
Bingöl Balı placed second in the world among 600 entrants from 120 countries at Apimondia, and won platinum and gold medals from international juries in London and Paris.
